they merely determine where you start."
— Nido Qubein
I am a mental health and addiction counselor who has experienced the impact of mental health issues on myself, my family, my friends, and my community. I understand the importance of a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration, introspection, and healing.
I use creative modalities in conjunction with traditional theoretical frameworks to allow clients to explore challenges and questions from multiple perspectives. I bring experience, compassion, and advocacy to mental health, addiction, and recovery. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults. I use a sense of curiosity and the gifts my spiritual and scholastic mentors have given me to help guide my clients on their journey of discovery.
